‘Sign in with Xero’ and ‘Sign up with Xero’ is a new SSO/SSU initiative that saves Xero customers time and hassle through the convenience of only needing one set of login details when using connected apps in Xero, including Fathom.

What does this mean for me?

If you’re a Xero user, this has two main benefits: simplicity and security.

Simplicity:

Remembering which version of the countless passwords you need to use is a hassle. If you’re working through Xero, signing in or signing up with Xero means that you only need to remember one set of login credentials to access every app within the Xero ecosystem, skipping the hassle of lost passwords and spending more time doing work that matters.

Security:
With only one set of login credentials, it’s easier to encourage your team to set more secure passwords and store their credentials in a secure location.

Returning Fathom user? Here’s how to Sign In with Xero

If you have a current Fathom subscription, simply head to the usual login page, and click the ‘Sign in with Xero’ button.

If you’re a new Fathom user, here’s how to ‘Sign up with Xero’

You can select the ‘Get this App’ button on our Xero app marketplace listing, or click ‘Sign in with Xero’ on the Fathom login screen. Then, simply enter your Xero login credentials and confirm the connection between Xero and Fathom. Now, you’re all set.
