Management reports are one of the best things about Fathom, allowing you to create beautiful, up-to-the-minute PDF reports with just a few clicks.
However, COVID-19 has meant that the days of reviewing reports around a client’s boardroom table are far less frequent. Instead, more and more meetings are happening remotely over Zoom, Loom, Microsoft Teams and even Skype.
Of course you can just share the PDFs on your screen, but we thought we’d give you a little refresher on how to use Fathom remotely. Because by showing your clients functionality within the app, you have much more control and interactivity than everyone reading the same document on a screen.
So in this quick 3 minute video Antoni Gomez, Fathom’s Head of Training and Implementation, shows you everything you need to know so you’re on the front foot in your next meeting.
How to share your screen remotely
No one wants to look like they’re losing a battle with their IT equipment, so here’s how to share your screen on popular apps and services.

- Sharing a Loom recording (Loom is a screen recording tool that lets you record and share videos)
- Sharing your screen in Microsoft Teams
