After three years, Accountex London is returning and set to be bigger than ever. From the 11-12 May, over 9,000 accountancy and finance professionals, 200+ global brands and cutting-edge start-ups will be back at ExCeL London. Not only is the education programme CPD accredited with 8 hours, but there will be over 180 informative sessions about the tools, technology and ideas shaping the future of Accounting.
‘The most influential exhibition’
As both the 2020 and 2021 shows were postponed due to the pandemic, the Accountex team are excited to reunite the accounting community. Global brands including Sage, Taxcalc, IRIS, Intuit QuickBooks and Xero will be exhibiting alongside newer companies driving the accounting world forward.
“With it being such a long time since the last Accountex London, we’re more excited than ever to bring you our best show yet” said Accountex Porfolio Director, Caroline Hobden. “It’s set to be the focal point in the industry’s calendar, reuniting like-minded people after a tough couple of years.“
‘Something for every Accounting Firm’
Notable industry names will be hosting CPD accredited keynotes, seminars, panels and workshops on a range of topics including making tax digital and cyber-security, with a big emphasis on fintech. Amongst other new features, Accountex are also introducing a brand-new People, Talent and Culture stage, with talks on everything from mental health to diversity.
People across the industry have missed networking and catching up with clients face-to-face. “This event did more in one day to open my eyes to the software and services available in the industry than ever before.” Said Nathan Lewis, Tax Senior, D&T Chartered Accountants.
The 2019 show’s success confirmed the exhibition as Europe’s ultimate event for accountancy and finance professionals, with 97% of exhibitors rating the show as good or excellent. “Accountex is the most influential exhibition we attend” said Emma Pickles, Emma Pickles Accountants. “Because of our visit to the 2019 show, we have completely changed the way we work!”
