I’m thrilled to announce that Xerocon is returning to Australia this year. Our unmissable event for cloud accounting and bookkeeping leaders from across Australia, New Zealand and Asia will be hosted at the International Convention Centre (ICC) on Darling Harbour, Sydney, on 7-8 September 2022.

We announced that Sydney would host Australia’s next Xerocon two-and-a-half long years ago at Xerocon Brisbane 2019. Since then, there’s been a lot of uncertainty around in-person events, which have been heavily impacted by restrictions and lockdowns. As a result, we’ve supported our partners virtually almost exclusively.

While we’re grateful that technology has enabled us to connect with our communities online, there’s just no substitute for the real thing.

Reconnecting with our community in person

To say I’m excited about this is an understatement. It’s been a long time since I was able to connect in person with our community, and I know our teams are working incredibly hard behind the scenes to pull out all the stops and make it one to remember.

Xerocon Sydney will provide attendees with opportunities to connect, learn and be inspired by not only our stellar line-up of speakers from within Xero, but App Store partners, customers, and inspiring keynote speakers. But this isn’t your typical conference – previous Xerocons have featured karaoke rooms, bumper cars, virtual reality games and indoor cricket pitches.

And, our wrap party is the perfect way to celebrate a busy two days of connecting, networking and being inspired.

Xerocon Sydney will wrap up our 2022 Xerocon series, after London on 20-21 July and New Orleans on 24-25 August.
