Create New Clients Automatically in XPM
Now, when a request is completed, Content Snare can automatically create new clients in Xero Practice Manager (XPM) - or you can do it manually with the click of a button.
What to know:
- First, reconnect your XPM integration in Settings > Applications.
- One request can create multiple clients at once
- Push data into any standard XPM fields (custom fields coming soon).
- We’ll be updating templates soon to include XPM mappings out of the box.
How it works (simple version):
Think of a page or section in Content Snare becoming a client in XPM. You:
- Map that section to a new XPM entity
- Then map each question in that section to the right XPM field.

Better Conditional Logic
Our conditional logic just got a serious upgrade:
- Works on all field types - multi-answer, files, tables, dates, and more.
- Show fields only after a previous question is submitted (brand new option!).

"Other" Option for Checkboxes and Single Select
Clients can now enter custom answers with a new "Other" option on checkboxes and single-select fields.Fully compatible with our improved conditional logic, so you can trigger questions based on those custom answers too.
Control When Requests Enter "Waiting for Approval"
You decide exactly when a request moves into Waiting for Approval status:
- After all required fields are submitted
- After every field is submitted
- Or when any answer is submitted (default)
This also controls when emails notify your team, giving you better control over your workflow.
