Transfer invoices into Sage Intacct quickly and easily

• Create your sales invoices and approve your purchase invoices in Synergist and seamlessly transfer them into Sage Intacct.
• Confirm invoices in batches before posting, with pre-flight checks showing that Sage Intacct will accept them all before you transfer.
• Include Department, Class and Location when posting from Synergist to allow additional analysis in Sage Intacct.
• Post general ledger journal entries from Synergist to Sage Intacct in the same way.
• Get the paid status of sales and purchase invoices directly from Sage to Synergist.

See and manage expenses and purchases

• Record purchase orders and expenses against your jobs in Synergist to track project profitability
• Capture receipts and upload attachments using the Synergist app

Reconcile payments

• Reconcile purchase invoices against purchase orders in Synergist and allocate purchases and expenses against jobs to get accurate job profitability reporting
• Mark sales and purchase invoices as paid in Sage, with automatic updates to the corresponding invoices in Synergist
• See 'Paid' status and date against the invoice in Synergist
• Invoice payment status in Synergist allows client managers to see if they need to chase payment before starting new jobs

Simplify revenue recognition

• If you're using Synergist's Revenue Management module, you can recognise or defer revenue in line with when the work is done
• Synergist automatically creates nominal journals for posting straight into Sage – eliminating manual journals
• Get a monthly revenue management report, with totals for what's been invoiced and recognised and overall deferred or accrued income
