- Head of Global Sales at Chaser: From January 2022 to September 2023, Lord was instrumental in building and leading field sales teams, contributing to the company's growth.
- Head of Practice Sales at FreeAgent: Lord enjoyed a long career with FreeAgent, and during his tenure from April 2020 to August 2022, Lord played a key role in enhancing the company's reach within the accountancy practices.
- Lending & Credit Manager at TSB Bank: Lord managed SME customers' lending requirements, ensuring compliance and maintaining strong relationships with business customers.
- Private Banking Manager at Royal Bank of Scotland: Managing a portfolio of over 2600 customers, Lord was recognized as part of the number one responsive team in the UK for 2011 and was instrumental in staff training and development.
