Out with the old and in with the new. This week, we bid farewell to the last of our legacy features – Scheduled Emails. While we are sad to say goodbye, there is so much that we are welcoming in now, from improved adjustments on 4-way forecasts and budgets to magnify in live view. Read on for all the details.

Scheduled emails have migrated 📧

You will no longer be able to navigate to the old report builder and old scheduled email table, but don't panic. You can still schedule reports to send automatically. You will just need to use our new system from HQ Reports. For more information on how to schedule a report, take a look at our guide here.

Updates to 4-way forecasts and budgets 📊

Our latest updates mean that forecasting and budgeting adjustments have never been so easy to find, add, or interpret. Thanks to the latest visualizations and drill-down functionality, understanding the impact of your adjustments is much easier to do. We've also just updated the date formats on both the forecasting and budgeting dashboards.

Consolidations

Our latest updates to consolidations include the following:

  • Journals have been simplified for acquisition; and
  • There is now a single account containing the movements for a P&L in the current Financial Year.

That's it from me for today. I hope you will make the most of these improvements and changes and that you will enjoy the new version of scheduled emails.

Why leave it there?
