Deputy, a leading global platform for managing hourly workers, today announced the appointment of its new Senior Vice President, Head of EMEA, Jon Wilson.
The appointment marks a significant stride in Deputy’s growth plans, supporting its vision of creating thriving workplaces everywhere. Deputy helps trusted brands to communicate with, schedule, and create a more flexible and transparent workplace for their employees and more easily enables compliance with local workplace legislation.
Wilson brings decades of invaluable international business experience as he joins Deputy’s Senior Leadership Team. Most recently, Wilson served as the CEO of Stepstone Atlantic, a globally renowned jobs and recruiting platform, and the owner of Totaljobs. He was previously General Manager at Groupon, scaling operations in Northern Europe. His role at Deputy will be instrumental in leading and expanding the company's operations and growth across the EMEA regions.

Wilson will assume his new position effective 1 July 2023.
